The Audience: U.S. sales teams—including Area Managers, Channel Managers, and Pre-Sales Engineers—tasked with planning and executing local sales exposure events.


The Challenge: After leading several successful regional sales events, I was asked to help replicate that success nationwide. The challenge: train busy sales teams to plan and deliver high-impact events without pulling them out of the field or overloading them with training.


The Solution: I created an “Event-in-a-Box” toolkit: a just-in-time job aid designed as both a webinar and a print resource. The step-by-step guide included hyperlinks to all supporting assets—making it easy for sales teams to streamline the event planning process and replicate proven strategies whenever the need arose.


The Impact: The toolkit reduced training time, provided a scalable solution for event replication, and equipped sales teams with the confidence and resources to host professional, consistent, and effective events. It empowered local teams to drive exposure and engagement while staying focused on sales priorities.
