The Audience: New and prospective clients in need of a clear, consistent introduction to the product—plus regional managers who needed a scalable way to reach a wider territory.
The Challenge: Regional managers were spending an inordinate amount of time providing one-on-one product overviews, but their reach barely made a dent in the territory. The approach wasn’t scalable, and it pulled focus away from building deeper client relationships.
The Solution: I designed a virtual solution: a series of on-demand product overview videos. These introduced new clients to core features and benefits while also providing potential clients with a polished, accessible “sneak peek” of the platform.
The Impact: The video series expanded reach across the territory, reduced the burden on regional managers, and created a consistent, professional client experience. It became a reusable asset that supported both onboarding and sales enablement.
